Problems/Needs: Northwest Arena, formerly Jamestown Arena, is a multipurpose facility with many amenities and activities. Their previous website had an outdated design, was difficult to navigate, and lacked the arena’s new branding. The arena’s original reservation booking system was through the phone and bookkeeping which was often inefficient.
Solutions: In conjunction with Kellogg Design, we developed a new website that established the Northwest Arena branding. It is secure, fully-functional, user friendly, and inviting. The new website includes key advanced features such as e-commerce reservations booking, an events calendar, and a donation button.
Results: Northwest Arena is able to better communicate their brand to online visitors. They revealed an upgraded website to match the arena’s many building renovations and new activities. As the arena grows and foot traffic increases, the booking system will be an essential tool to streamline operations and improve the staff’s and customers’ experiences.
About Kellogg Design: Sue Kellogg and Stephanie Schuckers Burdo have been collaborating on integrated marketing and branding campaigns for more than a decade. Their combined experience includes work in tourism and hospitality, economic development, transportation, not-for-profit and medicine with clients.
Website redesign, product photography, catalog production, email marketing
Problems/Needs: Tru-Mold Shoes and their sister company, Jerry Miller Shoes, use state-of-the-art technology to create durable and stylish orthopedic footwear. Their out-dated websites did not reflect their high-end brand image and advanced capabilities. They each have different target markets, therefore they needed to have a clear differentiation.
Solutions: A complete rebranding was requested from their logos and websites to their product photography and catalogs. We analyzed both companies and created a carefully planned marketing campaign for each. As the final step of their rebranding project, we created monthly email campaigns to market their brands’ products and services.
Results: Thousands of copies of Tru-Mold and Jerry Miller catalogs have been printed and delivered to orthopedic offices across the United States and Canada with continuous orders coming in. Their websites are responsive, secure, and fully-functional while conveying their respective unique brand images. The email campaigns have consistent conversion rates which are measured through contact form leads.

Website design, photo editing, social media marketing, lead generation
Problems/Needs: Brian Pierrot’s growing construction business needed to establish a professional online presence. Without a website or social media, he was originally overpaying an online service to connect him with potential customers. Brian soon had multiple, high-paying projects on his to-do list.

Spending smarter, Brian no longer needs the overpriced online service he was originally using prior to SB Marketing. He continues to receive quality leads through his website and social media. It is evident from reviews that he does great work for his customers.
