Problems/Needs: Northwest Arena is a multipurpose facility. Their previous website had an outdated design, was difficult to navigate, and lacked branding. The arena’s original booking system was over the phone and through pen and paper which was often inefficient.
Solutions: In conjunction with Kellogg Design, we developed a new website that established Northwest Arena’s identity. It is secure, fully-functional, user friendly and inviting. The new website includes key advanced features such as e-commerce reservations booking, an events calendar and a donation button.
Results: Northwest Arena is able to better express their brand to online visitors. Their upgraded website is inline with their new building renovations and activities. As the arena grows and foot traffic increases, the booking system will be an essential tool to streamline operations and improve the staff’s and customers’ experiences.

Problems/Needs: Tru-Mold Shoes and their sister company, Jerry Miller Shoes, use state-of-the-art technology to create durable and stylish orthopedic footwear. Their out-dated websites did not reflect their high-end branding and advanced capabilities. They each have different target markets, therefore they needed to have a clear differentiation.
Solutions: A complete rebranding was requested from their logos and websites to product photography and catalogs. We analyzed both companies and created two meticulous marketing strategies. As the final step of their rebranding project, we created monthly email campaigns to advertise each brands’ products.
Results: Thousands of copies of Tru-Mold and Jerry Miller catalogs have been printed and dispersed to orthopedic offices across the United States and Canada with continuous orders coming in. Their websites are responsive and fully-functional while conveying their respective unique brand images. The email campaigns have consistent conversion rates measured through contact form leads.

Problems/Needs: Brian Pierrot’s growing construction business needed to establish a professional online presence. Without a website or social media, he was overpaying a service to connect him with potential customers. After seeing little ROI, he sought help from SB Marketing.
